Accessing your venom transaction history
Open the venom app and tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines). Select "Account" → "Transaction History." The page displays your last 50 transactions by default. A date-range filter at the top lets you narrow results to a specific month or year.
Each transaction row shows: date, type (Deposit / Withdrawal / Game Result), amount, payment method, and status (Completed / Pending / Failed). Tap any row to expand and view details — reference number, receiving/sending account, fees (if any), and completion timestamp.
Transaction records on venom never expire. You can review activity from months or years ago without needing to request an archive.
Understanding transaction statuses on venom
Deposits and withdrawals carry one of three statuses:
- Completed: The payment processed fully. Deposits add to your balance instantly; withdrawals have reached your designated bank account or e-wallet. No further action is needed.
- Pending: The payment is in transit. For deposits, this usually lasts seconds (e-wallet) to minutes (bank VA). For withdrawals, pending windows range from same-day to 2–3 business days depending on the receiving bank or service.
- Failed: The payment did not process. Deposit failures are typically due to insufficient funds or a cancelled transaction on your e-wallet or bank side. Withdrawal failures occur if the destination account is closed or your bank flags it for review.
Game results (blackjack, roulette, Liga 1 bets, Aviator, etc.) show as Completed immediately after the round settles. Your balance updates in real time; the transaction record confirms the amount won or lost and the game type.
Status does not update in real time for bank transfers
Bank VAs may show Pending for up to 24 hours even if the payment reached our system. Close the app and reopen it after a few minutes to refresh the status.
Deposit records and payment method verification on venom
Each deposit entry lists the payment method you used. If you funded your venom account via DANA, the record shows "e-wallet" and the last 4 digits of your mobile banking phone number. local payment deposits display "online payment" and your e-wallet account ID. Bank VAs show the bank name (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and the virtual account number assigned to you.
This detail is crucial for withdrawal matching. When you request a withdrawal, venom automatically routes funds back to the payment method tied to your most recent deposit from that source. If you deposited via three different methods (say, mobile banking, then local payment, then online payment), your next withdrawal will return to e-wallet (the last method). To change the destination, update your preferred withdrawal method in Account Settings before submitting a withdrawal request.
Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang often manage multiple payment accounts. The transaction history helps you track which method received deposits, so you know where withdrawals will land.
Game results and bet history in your venom transaction record
When you play blackjack at our live-dealer studio, place a Liga 1 sportsbook bet, or spin the Aviator slot, each outcome records as a transaction. The entry shows the game type, amount staked, result (win/loss), and net outcome (amount added or subtracted from your balance).
Unlike deposits and withdrawals, game results settle instantly — no pending window. Your balance updates within seconds of the round closing. The transaction record provides a permanent audit trail if you ever need to verify a past bet or dispute a payout (e.g., if you believe a live-dealer hand was miscalculated).
Resolving failed or pending deposits on venom
If a deposit shows Failed after subject to verification, the most common causes are:
- Insufficient funds in your e-wallet or bank account.
- Daily limit exceeded (mobile banking and local payment have per-transaction limits; check your e-wallet app).
- Connection dropped mid-transaction. Try depositing again; our system prevents duplicate charges.
- Your bank or e-wallet flagged the transaction as suspicious. Log into your payment app and approve the pending transfer, then contact venom support with a screenshot.
If a deposit remains Pending longer than subject to verification, contact our support team through the app. Provide the transaction reference number (visible in the transaction detail view). Our operations team will trace the payment through the payment gateway and advise whether funds are confirmed or rejected.
Deposits are never lost. If a payment fails, the amount stays in your bank account or e-wallet — no charge is applied to venom. If a payment gets stuck, our team tracks it down and either completes it or refunds you to the source account.
Withdrawal processing and transaction history on venom
Withdrawal transactions typically show Pending for 1–3 hours (for e-wallets like online payment and e-wallet) or 24 hours (for bank VAs). During this window, the venom system has handed off the payment to the receiving service; confirmation depends on their processing speed.
Once a withdrawal reaches Completed status, funds should appear in your destination account within minutes (e-wallet) or by end of business day (bank). If 24 hours pass and the withdrawal still shows Pending, or if funds do not arrive after a Completed status, contact venom support immediately. Provide the transaction reference number and your receiving account details. Our team will liaise with the payment gateway to locate the payment.
Withdrawal records also log the destination account (last 4 digits masked for security) so you can confirm you chose the correct account before submitting the request.

Exporting and archiving venom transaction records
We do not currently offer one-click export to CSV or PDF, but you can screenshot individual transactions or date ranges. For longer records, contact venom support and request a transaction report. Our compliance team can generate a formatted list covering any period you specify.
Transaction data is retained indefinitely on the venom platform. You can always log in and review your full history without requesting anything from support. This is especially useful during high-activity periods like Liga 1 season or Piala AFF, when you may have multiple deposits and game bets per day.
Seasonal activity and transaction patterns on venom
During Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, transaction volumes surge. Our platform processes deposits and withdrawals at the same speed, but receiving banks may experience delays due to holiday closures. A withdrawal requested on the last business day before Idul Fitri might not settle until after the holiday. The transaction record shows when venom processed the withdrawal; the receiving bank's delay appears only when funds are marked Completed.
Similarly, during Imlek and Nyepi, some bank VAs operate on reduced hours. Plan ahead if you expect to withdraw large sums during holidays. E-wallets (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically process 24/7 year-round, so these methods often clear faster during holiday periods.
